Wolverhampton Wanderers 1 Birmingham 1
Two second half goals from a Scandinavian pair were not enough to separate local rivals in this morning's early Premiership kick off between Wolves and Birmingham.
Mikael Forsell gave the visitors the lead four minutes after halftime, as Birmingham looked to continue their exceptional away record, having only conceded one in their last six away games.
Wolves however, are made of sterner stuff, and after a period in which they looked particularly pedestrian they pounced on some careless play by David Dunn to win a corner. Henri Camara met the corner and sent it back across the face of the goal where Stefan Iversen gratefully scrambled it over the line.
The Norwegian striker missed a gilt edged chance to wrap up the points for the homeside in the dying minutes and share of the spoils was the result.
