Queen Elizabeth will lead mourners at a formal service in memory of the victims of the Omagh bomb, Downing Street announced yesterday.
The date, venue and format of the service has yet to be decided but the Prime Minister, Mr Tony Blair, said the wishes of the relatives of the victims and injured would be "paramount". Among those who will be invited to the service are the President, Mrs McAleese, the Taoiseach, Mr Ahern, and the Spanish Prime Minister, Mr Jose-Maria Aznar.
