Argentina captain Agustin Pichot has been passed fit to lead the Pumas in Sunday's decisive World Cup pool A match against Ireland.
The lively scrumhalf was forced to miss training in Adelaide today because of a headache and high temperature.
The Pumas have shuffled their team during their first three pool games, but have picked their strongest combination for the Irish match, a game that will certainly decide which of the two teams goes through to the quarter-finals.
Gonzalo Quesada, the leading pointscorer at the last World Cup, has returned to outhalf after missing the opening match against Australia, while Federico Mendez has won back the hooking job from Mario Ledesma, whose lineout throwing against the Wallabies was erratic.
Pumas coach Marcelo Loffreda said his players had been on trial in the previous three games but this was his strongest lineup.
"There was never a fixed team for this game, there were always the 30 players there," Loffreda said. "We are very confident with the team and the team is very confident.
"The 30 players answered our requirements and we will field a very strong team and play very good too."
