A South African man has been charged with importing drugs into Northern Ireland after £300,000 worth of cannabis was seized.
The haul was recovered by Northern Ireland Customs and Excise officers during an operation in Belfast yesterday, police said.
The accused (42) is due to appear before magistrates in the city tomorrow.
And in Derry detectives seized cannabis resin, also valued at £75,000, during a planned search of a house at Virginia Court.
