Fulham's Steve Finnan has withdrawn from Brian Kerr's training squad, due to assemble in Dublin tomorrow, due to injury.
The left-back, who remains the subject of intense press speculation concerning his future at club level, is suffering from a pelvic strain and will not be available for the five day get-together as Kerr continues his preparations for the upcoming Euro 2004 qualifiers with Albania and Georgia.
Newcastle's Andy O'Brien will also be absent as he recovers from an operation to reset a broken nose. Kerr, however, has stressed that barring any setbacks, both will be fit for the qualifying matches on June 7th and 11th.
Revised training squad:
Shay Given (Newcastle United), Joe Murphy (West Bromwich Albion), Dean Delaney (Port Vale), Stephen Carr (Tottenham Hotspur), Ian Harte (Leeds United), John O'Shea (Manchester United), Richard Dunne (Manchester United), Gary Breen (West Ham United), Kenny Cunningham (Birmingham City), Lee Carsley (Everton), Matt Holland (Ipswich Town), Mark Kinsella (Aston Villa), Alan Quinn (Sheffield Wednesday), Kevin Kilbane (Sunderland), Stephen McPhail (Leeds United), Steven Reid (Millwall), Damien Duff (Blackburn Rovers), Glen Crowe (Bohemians), David Connolly (Wimbledon), Gary Doherty (Tottenham Hotspur), Alan Lee (Rotherham United), Robbie Keane (Tottenham Hotspur).
