Gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority are investigating the death of a four-year-old girl at a house in Co Offaly yesterday.
The girl was killed when she fell from a tractor in the front yard of a house at Derryadd, Killeigh.
It is understood she fell from the rear of the tractor.
