Gardaí have appealed for witnesses to an incident in which a French man drowned in the River Liffey in Dublin nearly two weeks ago.
The man was last sighted outside the Bank of Ireland on Arran Quay - at about 4 a.m. on Saturday, May 3rd - where he was talking to another man.
Gardaí particularly want to speak to this man, who is described as being five feet, nine inches in height and of stocky build. He had a goatee beard and was wearing blue jeans and a light-coloured jumper.
They are also hoping to contact any other person who may have spoken to the man before he fell into the river.
