Gardaí in Dublin are investigating two shooting incidents in the city this morning.
Two shots were fired at a front bedroom of a house at Cherryfield Close, Clonsilla, shortly after 1a.m. There were no injuries and gardaí have preserved the scene for technical examination.
In a separate incident, two shots were fired at the front door of a house at Buttercup Park in Darndale at around 3am.There were no injuries.
