The top five storeys of a casino car park in Atlantic City in the US state of New Jersey have collapsed, killing four people.
The car park, which is still under construction, sent concrete slabs and metal beams crashing down as workers ran for cover. One person was still missing in the rubble, officials said.
Three of the victims were found dead inside the building and the other died in hospital. About 20 injured people were taken to nearby hospitals.
The garage is part of an expansion project at the Tropicana Casino and Resort.
The dead, injured and missing were all believed to be construction workers employed at the 3.5 acre site, where Tropicana was hoping to complete a $245 million hotel and shopping expansion project by next March.
The 2,400-space, 10-storey car park flanks an 18-storey hotel tower, also still under construction. The end of the building opposite the tower collapsed, leaving five layers of concrete and steel sloping downward at a steep angle.
