Kieren Fallon will miss the first two days of the Tote Cesarewitch meeting next week after deciding not to appeal against a four-day ban he received at Longchamp on Sunday.

The champion jockey was suspended for allowing his horse to lean on Ximb when riding the Aidan O'Brien-trained Acropolis in the Group One Prix Jean Luc Lagardere (Grand Criterium).

His ban starts next Tuesday, which means he will miss the £100,000 Tattersalls Autumn Auction Stakes at Newmarket next Thursday and the Group Three Bentinck Stakes the following day.

But Fallon will be back for Champions' Day on Saturday week.
