Dublin man suffers heart attack after assault

A Dublin is in a critical condition in Beaumont Hospital this morning after suffering a heart attack during an assault early this morning.

The 43-year-old from Coolock was found by gardaí close to the Greendale Shopping Centre in Killbarrack.
