Gardaí and Customs officers have discovered a diesel laundry plant which could have deprived the Exchequer of €1.3 million per annum in lost revenue.
The discovery was made in Bellewstown, Co Meath. Two men in their twenties were apprehended at the scene. One of the men - a Northern Ireland resident - was arrested and will appear at Drogheda District Court this evening.
