An art collector splashed out £95,000 sterling on a painting by Rolf Harris without even knowing who he is.
The woman collector paid the money for his Impressionistic Flower Seller at the Elephant and Castle.
It was part of the Harrods art sale, which also featured works by Picasso, Monet and Warhol.
Mr Russell Green of the Halcyon Gallery, which is staging the £25 million art sale at Harrods, said: "This is a woman who collects beautiful art and knows a good painting when she sees it. She had never heard of him [Harris] before," he told the Independent.
