Ireland's International Rules manager John O'Keeffe is sweating on the fitness of Declan Browne after the Tipperary star suffered a dead leg in today's warm-up match against a Western Australian selection.

Browne is now a doubt for Friday's first test against Australia in Perth, although the Irish medical team will continue to address and monitor the player's condition in a bid to see him fit.

Browne picked up the injury when an Australian player body-checked him off the ball, an incident which has left O'Keeffe incensed.

Ireland won today's warm-up 53-10.
