The UN war crimes court said two Bosnian Serb brothers accused of crimes in the Keraterm detention camp in 1992 had been taken into custody in The Hague.
Mr Predrag Banovic and Mr Nenad Banovic, who were guards at the camp, have been charged with crimes against humanity, violations of the Geneva Convention and the laws and customs of war, a UN prosecution spokeswoman said.
They were flown to The Hague from Belgrade.
Keraterm was one of three main Serb-run camps in northwestern Bosnia where thousands of Muslim and Croat civilians were held and hundreds killed and tortured during a wave of ethnic cleansing during the 1992-95 Bosnian war.
