The five deny a second count of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life at Ballymote on the same date. They also plead not guilty to charges of the attempted murder of Mr Patrick Ward snr, Mr Patrick Ward jnr and Mr Edward Ward on the same date.
They deny a further charge of committing violent disorder at Ballymote.

The five were arraigned in court yesterday, but their trial was later adjourned to today after what Mr Justice Butler told the jury were problems with court accommodation for counsel representing the men.
