Co Dublin: The final phase at Mount Bellew in Lucan is being launched this week by Hooke & MacDonald.
Only 26 apartments, houses and duplex units remain. Two-bedroom apartments with around 64 sq m (690 sq ft) cost from €235,000. Three-bedroom duplex units of 96 sq m (1,030 sq ft) are priced from €270,000 while three-bedroom houses of 98-102 sq m (1,060-1100 sq ft) are priced from €285,000.
Designed by Fenton Simons architects, Mount Bellew has a brick and render front elevation and makes the most of mature trees on site.
The first 65 houses of the development - which comprises 80 houses and 16 apartments and duplex units - sold quickly last year. Mount Bellew is just off the N4, close to Lucan village and five minutes drive from the M50. It is close to a QBC - the 25A or "Lucan flyer" route to the city centre - and adjoins a primary school. Liffey Valley Shopping Centre is a mile away. Many sports, leisure and retail facilities are on the development's doorstep.
Standard features at Mount Bellew include gas-fired central heating, double glazing, sliding patio door to rear garden, fitted kitchen, built-in wardrobes, and a high level of insulation.
Mount Bellew is being built by Fitzgibbon Brothers, whose previous schemes in the area include Larkfield and Willsbrook Woods. Showhouses will be on view today and tomorrow from noon till 2 p.m., on Saturday and Sunday from 2.30 p.m. to 4.30 p.m.
