Dublin 24A small number of two-bedroom apartments and three-bed townhouses go on sale from today, the final homes in the second phase of Durkan New Homes' development at Kiltipper Gate, in Tallaght, Dublin 24.

All apartments in the development have the added attraction of a balcony or terrace, and the two-bed apartments, at 66.8 sq m (720 sq ft), offer an en suite main bedroom.
These homes are priced from €230,000, while the three-bed semis, with 100.3 sq m (1,080 sq ft), start at €320,000.
These also include an en suite main bedroom along with a bathroom, and kitchen/diningroom/livingroom.
The agents, Douglas Newman Good New Homes Division, have 12 three-bed semis and a handful of two-bed apartments available.
