TWO floors of offices are to become available in June and July in a high-quality modern building at 10 Lower Mount Street, Dublin 2, when the current tenants move to the International Financial Services Centre.

The Davin estate agency is quoting £18 per square foot for 2,000 square feet on the ground floor of Behan House, which is currently occupied by Gaiacorp Currency Managers. The floor is fitted out to a high standard, including carpets and partitions. There are platform floors throughout the building and the impressive entrance foyer has Connemara marble flooring. The agents will be seeking a tenant to take a new 25-year lease and are adamant that break options will not be considered. The other floor available has 2,300 square feet on the third level and is occupied by Old Mutual Life Assurance Company. A similar rent is sought for this space, which has been fitted out. All floors are serviced by a lift.
