In Co Meath, Church View House on 109.5 acres at Ardlonan, Kilbeg, was sold after auction for over £800,000 (1.01m) through Keenan Auctioneers.

Near Navan, a house on 31 acres, at Clongill, Wilkinstown, was withdrawn at £190,000 (241,250) by Smith Harrington which is seeking over £240,000 (304,737). A second lot with 40 acres of forestry was sold after auction for about £100,000 (126,973).

Also near Navan, a derelict house at 45 Brews Hill made £161,000 (204,427) through T & J Gavigan.

In Dublin, Ganly Walters is seeking £550,000 (698,355) for a cottage on 3.5 acres on Glencullen Road, Kilternan, Co Dublin following its withdrawal from auction yesterday at £425,000 (539,638). Standing on a secluded site with views over Dublin Bay to Howth, the property is suitable for redevelopment, according to the agent.

Elsewhere in the country, North & Co sold two semi-detached houses on 15.4 acres at Countess Road, Killarney at auction in two lots: Lot 1, the houses, made £500,000 (634,869) while Lot 2, comprising the land, sold for £4.8m (6.09m)

Kilkenny agent Boyds sold a Georgian house on 32 acres at Balleven, Ballycallan, at auction for £331,000 (420,283).

In commercial sales, a 1,255 sq ft office unit at 107 Clonskeagh Road was sold at auction for £620,000 (787,237) through deVere White & Smyth.

The same agent sold an office suite at 1 Crofton Court in Naas at auction for £156,000 (198,079).

Billy O'Sullivan sold Bank House, a commercial building on Roebuck Road, Clonskeagh, at auction for £560,000 (711,053).

Meanwhile in Blackrock, Conways public house at 3 Main Street was withdrawn at £2.5 million (3.17m) and is under negotiation through Insignia Richard Ellis Gunne.

In Co Meath, Ceili House public house at Cogan Street, Oldcastle was sold at auction for £455,000 (577,730) through Martin Shortt.

A 1.2-acre Eircom site at Bridge Street, Ballinasloe, Co Galway made £625,000 (793,586) through Michael McCullagh Property Partners.

In Co Wexford, a freehold commercial premises known as T J Hayes at 6 Court Street, Enniscorthy was withdrawn at £240,000 (304,737) and is under negotiation through Michael A O'Leary.
