After a week of heavy withdrawals in the auction rooms, estate agents will be hoping to wrap up sales in the coming days as the season winds down for the traditional summer break. In Terenure, a five-bedroom semidetached house at 165 Templeogue Road was withdrawn at £740,000 and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.

Also in Terenure, Sherry FitzGerald withdrew a five-bed end of terrace house at 1 Eaton Square and is now quoting £720,000.

Also in Terenure, an end of terrace house in two flats at 8 Templeogue Road was withdrawn at auction by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £395,000.

In Rathmines, a mid-terrace house at 18 Effra Road was withdrawn from auction and is now for sale at £395,000 through Sherry FitzGerald.

In Ballsbridge, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house at 42 Lansdowne Park was withdrawn at auction by Sherry FitzGerald which is now seeking offers in the region of £330,000.

In Dublin 8, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house at 2 Granite Terrace, Inchicore, was withdrawn at £250,000 by Douglas Newman Good, which is now quoting £270,000.

North Dublin

In Sutton, a three-bedroom residence at 91 Dublin Road was withdrawn at auction and agent Sherry FitzGerald is now seeking offers in the region of £480,000.

In Malahide, a three-bedroom detached residence, Woodville, at 16 Yellow Walls Road, was withdrawn at a Sherry FitzGerald auction; it is now quoting £630,000.

In Raheny, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 92 Bettyglen was withdrawn at auction and is under negotiation through Flynn & Associates.

Provincial

In Co Wicklow, 51.50 acres of non-residential land at Glaskenny, Enniskerry, was sold at auction for £800,000 through Jackson Stops McCabe.

In Co Kildare, a four-bedroom bungalow on 1 acre, Finmere, Coneyboro, Celbridge, was withdrawn at £550,000 and sold later for a higher figure through Coonan Auctioneers.

Also in Co Kildare, a cottage on 10 acres at Westpark, Hazel Hatch, was withdrawn at £685,000 and is under negotiation through Coonan Auctioneers.

Still in Co Kildare, nine acres with a derelict cottage at Silliothill, Kildare town, was offered for sale in two lots through Matt Dunne & Associates: Lot 1: six acres plus derelict cottage was sold at auction for £200,000. Lot 2: three acres was withdrawn at £120,000 and is under negotiation.

A 65-acre non-residential farm at Rathmore, Naas, Co Kildare, was sold prior to auction through Jordan Auctioneers.

In Co Donegal, a five-bedroom house on 62 acres, Rathdonnell House, Letterkenny, was withdrawn at £500,000 and sold later for a higher figure through Jackson Stops & McCabe.

In Co Wexford, a 0.388 acre site at Bunclody was withdrawn at £45,000 and is under negotiation through Kehoe & Associates.

In Co Westmeath, a four-bedroom house on 19 acres, Belfield, Gaybrook, Mullingar, was withdrawn at £230,000 and is under negotiation through agents Sherry FitzGerald-Davitt & Davitt.

Also in Co Westmeath, a four-bedroom period residence on one acre with three mews houses, Rathdrishogue House, at Castletown Geoghegan, Co Westmeath, was withdrawn at £480,000 and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGeraldDavitt & Davitt.

A former church on one acre, The Village Church at Rochfortbridge, Co Westmeath, was sold at auction for £190,000 through Raymond Potterton.

In Co Louth, 18 acres of agricultural lands at Dungooley was sold at auction for £180,000 through P B Gunne Auctioneers, Dundalk.

In Co Laois, a four-bedroom period townhouse, Greygates, at Mountrath Road, Portlaoise, was sold prior to auction through Hume Auctioneers.

In Co Kildare, an 11.50 acre site partially zoned for residential use at Monread Road, Naas, was sold at auction for £3.6m through Brophy Farrell Estate Agents.

In Co Meath, a credit union building at Slane was withdrawn at auction and sold later through Smith Auctioneers.

In Co Dublin, 3.199 acre site, zoned for residential development at Woodale Road, Skerries Road, Rush, was withdrawn at £1.2 million and sold after auction for a higher figure through Grimes Estate Agents.

In Dublin 6, a development site with residential zoning at Church Lane, Rathmines, was withdrawn at auction and is now quoting in excess of £900,000 through Donal O Buachalla.

In Dublin 7, a licensed premises, Tommy O'Gara, at 19 Stoneybatter, was withdrawn at £1.55 million through John Younge.

In Co Carlow, 17.2 acres with residential zoning at Portlaoise Road was withdrawn at £1,850,000 and is under negotiation through Sothern Auctioneers.

In Co Offaly, a licensed premises, Franks at Main Street, Tullamore, was sold at auction for £890,000 through Gunne Commercial.

In Co Down, a residential shop on 0.42 acres with yard and building site with outline planning permission for four dwellings was sold at auction for £300,000 sterling through P B Gunne Auctioneers, Dundalk.
