Drynam Hall is the first major development in Kinsealy for over a decade and is reached by turning left on to Feltrim Road after passing Charlie Haughey's Abbeville on the Malahide Road. The site is within a few hundred yards of the M50, though the most convenient interchange is over two miles away.
Drynam Hall has had wide appeal because even in the first phase of 110 homes, there have been eight different house types available. Later phases will include one and two-bedroom apartments.
The three-bedroom, three-storey houses have a combined diningroom and kitchen; the kitchen is at the front while the livingroom is to the rear, filling the full width of the house.
There is a fireplace with fitted gas fire and French doors opening into a small back garden. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor which share the main bathroom. The main bedroom suite on the top level is undoubtedly a strong selling point
