Sandyford: When it arrives, the Luas will undoubtedly raise the values of properties along its route. Kilgobbin Wood, a Deane Homes apartment development launching today near Sandyford in Dublin 18, is well-positioned for both the Luas and the M50.

Hooke & MacDonald will be taking bookings at a show apartments on the site from today at noon. On offer in this phase are 32 two-bedroom apartments, priced from €309,000.
