Co Dublin: The first fifty homes at the Clonuske development in Balbriggain are being launched through Sherry FitzGerald New Homes this week with prices starting at €189,995.
There is a range of two-bedroom townhouses, three-bedroom duplexes and four-bedroom homes being launched in a mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached house styles.
Two-bedroom townhouses of around 83.6 sq m (900 sq ft) are from €189,995. Three-bedroom duplex units of around 106.8 sq m (1,150 sq ft) are priced from €197,500 - and all duplexes come their own private back gardens. Four-bedroom homes of 116 sq m (1,250 sq ft) cost from €265,000.
Designed by architects John O'Connor & Associates, homes at Clonuske have a full brick elevation and are situated close to the village of Balbriggan.
Access to and from the area has been improved recently with the upgrading of the M1, making travel to Dublin Airport and the M50 much quicker. There is also a frequent service to Dublin city centre from Balbriggan train station.
The village of Balbriggan has a selection of pubs and restaurants. Leisure facilities - mainly golfing and water-based activities - are within easy reach.
Standard features at Clonuske include gas-fired central heating, double glazed windows, Nolan fitted kitchens and fitted wardrobes. All houses are wheelchair accessible and are designed to maximise light.
Clonuske will eventually comprise 100 homes and is being built by Tower Homes. Its recent developments include Mount Symon in Clonsilla, Tullyhall in Lucan and Palmerstown Grove in Milltown.
Completion dates for the first phase at Clonuske are expected from late spring to early summer 2004.
Showhomes will be open this Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
