DECISION TO GRANT

Location: Centre Pier, Howth Harbour, Howth, Co Dublin. Proposed development: Construct a single storey structure to provide a sales, service, repair and maintenance facility for fishing and pleasure craft. The building will accommodate a boat store, office, shower and toilet facilities for staff and five parking spaces.
