Santry: A new apartment development in Santry Demesne is being launched this week by Hamilton Osborne King with prices starting at €229,000.
Seventy-one apartments at Lymewood Mews in Santry Woods, Dublin 9, are being released in this phase. One-bedroom apartments with 56.7 sq m (610 sq ft) are priced from €229,000. Two-bedroom apartments with 74 sq m (796 sq ft) cost from €269,000, while three-bedroom apartments with 85 sq m (920 sq ft) are from €309,000.
Extensive landscaped open space is a feature of this development four miles from Dublin city centre. The proposed Luas line to Dublin Airport will pass beside Santry Demesne; the development is also convenient to a number of nearby business parks, shopping centres and cinemas.
A Crown Plaza Hotel is under construction close by and a leisure centre is proposed for a site adjacent to the development.
