Castlethorn Developments has had a good start to the new year, securing planning permission for a new town centre in Dundrum, Dublin 14. The £190 million complex will include a 350,000 sq ft shopping centre, with a 32,000 sq ft supermarket, a 150-bedroom hotel, a multiplex cinema with 16 screens and a multi-storey car-park with 3,000 spaces. The centre will be located on a 21-acre site, which will be integrated with existing retail facilities in the village.
