The 103 apartments in the development back on to the M50 in the foothills of the Dublin Mountains.
Sales have already exceeded €25 million since the scheme was launched almost a year ago. The homes will overlook the 300-acre Marley Park.
Designed by John Fleming Architects for Drumloe Properties, the development is comprised mainly of two-bedroom apartments and penthouses.
The 103 units are distributed between eight separate blocks, all standing three or four storeys plus a penthouse level.
All homes have either a balcony or timber deck.
Selling prices start at €307,500 for two-bedroom apartments with a floor area of 65 sq m (700 sq ft).
There is also a limited number of two-bedroom penthouses with study available from €415,000.
These have a total floor area of 93 sq m (1,000 sq ft).
