With Georgian office investments in short supply, Hamilton Osborne King is anticipating strong interest in 15 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2, which goes to auction on October 21st.

The 3,710 sq ft building, which is expected to make in excess of £900,000, is let on a single lease to solicitors Mays O'Sullivan at £36,000 per annum.

There are 11 years unexpired on the lease and the next rent review is due in July, 1999. The agents say that with the present rent equating to less than £10 pr sq ft, a significant growth can be expected.
