Richard "Wiley" Cowie has been a big deal on the grime scene for some time, and there are occasions on his seventh album when you get what all the fuss is about. A fine rhymer and producer who refuses to play the industry game (hence a chronic lack of love from the mainstream and a poor return for his talents), Cowie sees the world in a certain light, and that informs such tunes as Numbers in Action.
