Dublin City TV (DCTV) will launch the third series of their Community of Independents programme next month with a gig at The Button Factory.

The series promotes and documents independent music in Dublin and beyond, and is broadcast on UPC channel 802 and via

Although the third series doesn’t hit the airwaves until December 6th, the free launch gig takes place on November 10th. The programme’s presenter, Danny Carroll, will introduce a six-band line-up that includes Dublin rapper Lethal Dialect, Cork rockers Ten Past Seven and Wicklow indie band Croupier. All acts will feature in the “Band Profile” segment of the new series.

“People should come along to see the spread of talent that’s in Dublin at the moment,” said series producer Barry Lennon.
