Flo Rida is a man who knows where he's going in life, and it's well beyond the confines of Disneyworld and the beaches of Miami. Tramar Dillard has enlisted several high-profile pals (Kevin Rudolf, Ludacris, Gucci Mane) for his third album, the first of a two-part series. Superstar DJ David Guetta produced only one of these songs (the fist-pumping Club Can't Handle Me), but his influence permeates the equally banging Who Dat Girl(which even Akon can't fully ruin) and the processed, radio-friendly rap of Come With Me. This short collection is endurable enough, though it only emphasises the fact that, while Flo Rida's vocal dexterity is satisfactory, catchy tunes matter most in this game – and there aren't enough here to kickstart a revolution.
