THE British company Lopex has acquired McGovern PR for an undisclosed sum and will merge the business with its own PR with firm, Grayling, to form McGovern Grayling.

The new company, which will have 18 staff will be headed by Ms Mary McGovern, who founded the company which bears her name 14 years ago. The former managing director of Grayling Mr Niall Delaney has left to set up his own business.
