ADARE Printing has appointed Goodbody as its Irish stockbrokers and AIB Capital Markets Corporate Finance as its financial advisers, succeeding Riada Stockbrokers and Riada Corporate Finance. AIB is already one of Adare's bankers.
Adare said it had decided to seek "an integrated services approach from its financial advisers for the future expansion of the group". It added that it was confident the appointments were in the best interests of the group.
Riada has been stockbroker and corporate financier to Adare for the past four years and Riada's broking and corporate finance arms have been closely involved in Adare's rapid expansion in the past few years.
Late last year, Riada lost the Unidare brokerage to NCB.
Riada was broker to and under wrote the £2.95 million placing associated with Adare's £12 million takeover of Mount Salus Press last year and also underwrote a £3.7 million open offer and placing in October 1994 associated with an acquisition in Britain.
