Business software provider SAP is to be the first tenant in the newly developed Waterside office scheme, above, at Citywest Business Campus in west Dublin. It has agreed to pay a rent of €182 per sq m (€17 per sq ft) for 1,344sq m (14,467sq ft) on the third floor of the development which was funded by private clients of Davy. Four blocks in the scheme have a total floor area of 15,503sq m (166,872sq ft).
SAP has taken a 10-year lease on the new, high-spec building, which is also close to the company’s Irish headquarters at Citywest. SAP has announced that it is recruiting another 100 workers in Dublin and Galway as part of an expansion of its support and research and development services for international clients.
