High profile: Agent Ganly Walters is expecting strong interest in a high profile redevelopment site along the N11 at Kilmacanogue, Co Wicklow which is being put on the market by Holfeld Plastics Ltd.

Mark Smyth of Ganly Walters is seeking offers over €7.5 million for the 1.01 hectares (2.5 acres) site which has outline planning permission for a car main dealership comprising a car showrooms and ancillary services.

Although there is no precise zoning for the site, it is possible that the planners would allow it to be used for retail warehousing. A separate development plan for Kilmacanogue village is expected to be ready shortly.

There are two standalone industrial units on the site which extends to 7,379 sq m (79,427 sq ft). The site has a frontage of 142 metres on to the N11 and is about 8 kms from Bray and 28 kms from Dublin city centre.
