The Dublin Film Festival has leased a suite of offices over the Red Rose Cafe and Harry’s at 22/23 Dawson Street in Dublin. It will be paying a rent of €21,000 per annum for 130sq m (1,399 sq ft). Herlihy auctioneers handled the letting.
